The Pharmaceutical Drug Diversion Training class was designed to educate law enforcement officers about prescription drug crimes. It is designed for all areas of law enforcement to include patrol, narcotics, detectives and administration. Prescription drugs are encountered by law enforcement officers on a regular basis however officers rarely receive training in these types of crimes. This class will help officers gain a better knowledge of pharmaceuticals, crimes associated with diversion and tips on conducting investigations.

Adrienne Baker is a former state law enforcement officer and prescription drug diversion specialist. She has provided lectures and training seminars for law enforcement and healthcare personnel for over 20 years. Mrs. Baker was named National Law Enforcement Educator of the Year in 2007 and has served as president of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI) Georgia chapter since 2004. For her entire career, Mrs. Baker has traveled throughout the United States educating doctors, law enforcement officers, healthcare professionals, and community groups regarding safe and legal medical practices involving prescription drugs.
